Return, Exchange & Refund

Without the option to return, exchange, or get a refund on purchases when the situation calls for it, the online shopping experience will always be incomplete and unsatisfactory. Therefore, Jacket Base provides a straightforward and efficient process for returning or exchanging purchases, provided the customer abides by the guidelines.

How does this procedure work?

If the following conditions apply, customers may request a refund or exchange:

  • They get the wrong item, and it’s the wrong design.
  • The wrong size was sent to them.
  • People have complained that the item they received looked nothing like the one pictured on our website.
  • If they report a problem with the product they received within 30 days of the date we successfully delivered it to them, we will replace it at no cost to you.
  • They get inferior goods compared to what we advertise.

If a customer meets the requirements we’ve mentioned above, they can choose between the following:

  • Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you discover a problem with your order. Send it back for an examination, and you’ll soon have a brand new jacket on the way.
  • Please send back the package in the same condition that you received it. If there is any cause for concern, our team will reject the transaction.
  • If you intend to return the jacket, leave all tags intact.
  • To take part, customers must get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving their order.
  • Please get in touch with us as soon as you notice an issue for the best possible outcomes.
  • A reminder that we can only accept returns and exchanges on pre-designed jackets.
  • We can only fix custom orders and not refund them.
  • When returning a package, be sure to include your order number.
  • If an error on our part necessitates a customer returning an item, we will pay for the shipping both ways. However, if the reason for the return is not valid, we will not accept it and will not pay for return shipping.

The procedure for receiving a refund

Customers who meet the following requirements are eligible to request a full or partial refund from us.

  • You received a damaged jacket [s].
  • Receiving jackets that are of the wrong style or collection.
  • We have processed your order confirmation, but we are currently out of stock on the item [s] you have selected.
  • Package sent to an incorrect address.

Please be patient with us as we respond to the hundreds of emails we receive each day in an effort to address your concerns. This is why our response time may be as long as 12 hours.
